“Have seen some negative reviews about the website in this forum, but my experience has been splendid and have absolutely nothing to complain about. Ordered a laptop one fine morning and got the delivery the very next day by noon time. Their website is easy to navigate and lists all the features of the product well and more importantly - correctly without any discrepancies, something which several websites don't especially when it comes to listing a technical product such as a laptop. They are tied up with SagePay for their on line payments, so you would see that when making a on line payment, the control would jump to another site and then jump back. In a couple of hours after the order, a PDF sales receipt was delivered to my mail box. In the next few hours, I got another mail saying that the product id dispatched and on its way. It had the details of the courier company (DVD Interlink) and the reference number so I could easily track. Another extremely good feature of the courier company was that it clearly provided a one hour time window during which the product would be delivered to my home. I so well like this since I don't have to sit in my home the full day waiting for the delivery of the item. This is a splended service as opposed to BTShop which is tied up with YODEL for their delivery, who only say that the delivery or pick up is a full day appointment. Delighted and I would recommend this to any one.”

“I read some bad reviews about this place but I have to say I was very impressed. Within minutes of my purchase I received an email stating that my order was confirmed. I then realised that they had an office near by so I emailed them to see if I could pick it up instead, no problems they would deliver it from the warehouse to there shop. For reasons out of my control I was now unable to pick up from there shop and they happily sent it back to another address the following day. The communication was good and fast and Andrew was spot on with everything. The only annoying this is the charged by the minute phone call but email proved effective.
